Often, companies limit themselves to exploring only the possibilities that are already achievable in the current state or part of their day-to-day operations. When solving problems, companies often resort to proven solutions without questioning whether there are new ways to achieve the goal. Especially with digitalization, numerous opportunities arise to solve existing problems more efficiently and precisely, or even to explore and embark on entirely new paths.

There are numerous ways to advance a business: expanding and refining existing models, entering into collaborations, or exploring entirely new avenues. But how do you uncover them? I can assist you in identifying and implementing these opportunities.

If the opportunity is deemed lucrative, the construction of a pilot project commences. Internal processes, systems, and obstacles are taken into account to test the pilot under near-real conditions and achieve a Proof of Concept (POC). The construction and approach are crucial here to enable successful integration and scaling later on.
Upon successful completion of the pilot, the project is integrated into the existing company, and all necessary processes are established. It is important to align with existing processes and not create additional work or negatively impact day-to-day operations. A scaling model is developed, and a marketing or go-to-market strategy, both internally and externally, is established (Program Management).
